Still in the Literary Trenches

A special thanks to Publicaciones La Gaviota de Casa Norberto de Puerto Rico for offering publishing rights to my novel, Rose of the Lighthouse. Also, a special thank you to the Artnette House for offering their publishing services as well. I'm still not quite done looking for a literary agent just yet as the Query Tracker shows 11 people who have decided to not move forward with my book. I know, its been about two weeks and most other authors go for months without hearing back from anyone.
All the literary agents say the same thing, "This is a subjective industry, and I will step down to allow someone else worthy to champion your novel."
Gee, thanks.
At least, they had the courtesy to leave a reply.
I think this is all apart of the process, though.
Writing the first drafts, editing. Then finding a publisher.
It's the most fun.
And, most people don't just stop there.
They. Keep. On. Writing.
People write 5 or 10 novels at a time if they can.
Me, I'd keep on writing if my health allows it. I feel very weary and I think I need to take a small break.
I have a few othe projects on the side, and Lord willing I will finish them when I get there.
I was hoping of making a YouTube vlog of my journey through the Literary Trenches and continuing the blog over with the help of Substack.
That's all for now.
Keep me in your prayers.
